On Tuesday, October 3, JaNet hosted Part 2 of the “Job Interview Training Seminar Series,” thanks to the kindness and guidance of 6 professional coaches, including Pasona N A, Inc. specialists. Yet, each aspiring young professional essentially became their own teacher through multiple interview simulations and constructive criticism.
With just 1 minute to make an impressionable self-introduction, participants quickly developed their ability to effectively deliver both their qualifications and unique character in a limited amount of time. By taking in the feedback from the coaches and polishing their interview skills, they were able to realistically discover their “1 in 100” appeal.
